Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. By booking a demo, completing onboarding, or making a payment to Velosite, you agree to the following terms in full.

1. Services & Subscription

Velosite provides website design and marketing automation services exclusively for US-based home service contractors.

• A custom 5–8 page SEO-optimized contractor website
• Missed-call text-back AI automation
• SMS lead qualification and automated Google review requests
• Our service is billed at a flat monthly rate with no setup fee.
• Monthly fee: $199 USD (Essentials) or $299 USD (Revenue Engine), depending on the plan selected at signup.
• Payment is processed on the same date each month via Stripe or PayPal.

2. Ownership & Licensing

Our business operates on a "Subscription-as-a-Service" model.

• You own your domain name, logos, and any project photos you provide.
• Velosite retains full ownership of the website design, codebase, and automation logic. You are granted a license to use these assets for the duration of your active subscription.
• If you cancel your subscription, the license is revoked and the website and automations will be taken offline.

3. Website Buyout Option

If you wish to leave Velosite but keep your website, we offer a straightforward buyout option.

• You may purchase full ownership of the website codebase and design assets for a one-time fee of $997 USD.
• Upon buyout payment, we will package the website code and transfer it to you or your new hosting provider.
• Note: The buyout only covers the website. Missed-call text-back and CRM automations are proprietary and cannot be transferred.

4. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no long-term contracts.
• Upon cancellation, your website and automations will be immediately scheduled to go offline at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Your account data will be retained for 14 days post-cancellation in case you choose to reinstate the service or exercise the buyout option. After 14 days, the website and automation configurations will be permanently deleted.

5. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription payments already processed.
• If your system is not delivered within 5 business days of your onboarding form submission, you are entitled to a full refund of your first payment.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver your system, you agree to:

• Complete the onboarding form promptly after payment.
• Provide accurate business information, logo, and photography when requested.
• Respond to our messages within 3 business days.
• Provide access to your domain DNS settings.

Delays caused by late client responses extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Velosite is not liable for:

• Downtime or outages caused by our CRM provider, Stripe, PayPal, Twilio, or any third-party platform.
• Lost revenue resulting from missed calls or leads prior to system activation.
• Results or lead volume (we build the system; results depend on your market and response time).

Our total liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the amount paid in the most recent 30-day billing period.
